Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are mostly dispatched on the same day of receiving cleared payment and tracking information of customer's post is added to the system rigth after the shipment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

-PTT Registered Air Mail

It is regular air mail service. Tracking number is available. Delivery time varies between 10-21 days when your package is shipped via this carier.

-Express Mail Service

It is fast mail service. Tracking number is available and it includes insurance. Delivery time varies between 3-7 days if your package is shipped via this carier.

FREE SHIPPING CAMPAIGN

Customers have "Free Shipping" opportunity on orders over $400.

The orders inclusive of "Free Shipping Campaign" are shipped by PTT Registered Air Mail.
